What did you think on Romania and Romanians before your first contacts with this country or its inhabitants?
The only thing I knew was that the capital was Bucharest, there was Transilvania and the Carpats, the Danube delta and the biggest population of Gypsies in Europe. An ex-communist country going through political and economical renovation with the eyes set on EU accession. About the Romanians, only the bad things they broadcast in the media when talking about problems caused by illegal immigrants.

Did this image change after getting to know a Romanian or after visiting the country? How?
Yes it did, especially regarding the Romanians and their way of thinking. I found out that Romania is a country with a very important historical heritage and a huge human potential only stopped by the economical situation

The first person I met in Romania. He teach me a lot of things about Romanians and most importantly, he teached me how to understand them.

Describe in a few words your worst encounter with a Romanian.
Almost everyday, you find people fucked up with their personal situation with a very pessimistic way of thinking. I feel sorry about this people.
